Exchange & Return Policy

At Exotic Fashion, our customers are our top priority. Below is our simple exchange policy for your convenience. If you need assistance with exchanging your purchased item(s), our customer care team is available to guide you every step of the way.

Eligibility

Items purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided the customer can present proof of purchase.
Please note that items bought on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase can be in the form of a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for exchange, the items must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with the original invoice. If the item you received is defective, incorrect, or the wrong size, you will need to provide evidence.

Return Policy

To return an item, please follow our return policy:

  • Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item(s) must be in unused condition with all original tags attached.
